Shipping Policy

Once you buy your "Van Ghöndi" in the online store, you will be informed of the status of your purchase, shipping and waiting time. Remember that shipping process depens on where you are (your country).

You will receive your artpiece rolled in a tube, packed in a cylindrical packaging and protected with surgical cloth, paper and bubble wrap. Each artwork is handled and packaged with care by the Artist himself. In addition, you will receive a postcard of the artpiece you have purchased with its technical information and its respective certificate of authenticity. You can review the features of this certificate in the section: AUTHENTICITY.

You can frame it by your local framer. If the artpiece you purchased is already printed and framed, it will be unframed so it can be sent in the cylindrical packaging. So it's completely normal and natural to see white marks on the edges. This will not affect the art piece. Likewise if you want the artpiece framed, you have to contact "El taller de Van Ghöndi" directly. This will incur in additional shipping costs. 


We are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That's why once you’ve received your item, you can ask for refund ONLY  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

You can return your item to an address provided by us via email or phone, since it's not a public address. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Original Artworks (made by order):

Once an order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.

You have (48) hours to ask for refund after the package has been delivered. Contact us immediately after you see the damage. You have to provide the evidence (pictures and videos).


We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The inspection will be done with the transport company and if approved, you’ll be refunded in your original payment method within the next 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The shipping cost will also be refunded. We will contact you to ask for pictures or other evidence of the demolished artwork and its belongings.
